Lead the multimedia divisions (PR / Digital), CRM and corporate communications departments to conceptualize, develop and execute O2O marketing campaigns to meet the sales target and build memorable brands. 2. Identified KPIs to nurture portfolio's growth and facilitated training of on-site teams. Develop the 360 communication strategy and plan to strength the sales power of core pillars to sustain the growth. 3. Create the activation and measure campaign metrics for new launch and line extension. Provide and review sell-through reports. 4. Set the marketing expense budget; monitor all costs and expenses under the control of the Marketing Department.
